Flexible Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Dreams Voyage offers one of the most flexible and guest-friendly cancellation policies in the Red Sea region.

1. Free Cancellation:

• You can cancel or reschedule any standard day trip up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time with zero cancellation fees.
• Simply message our WhatsApp support with your booking name to cancel or modify your date.

2. Weather & Marine Safety Guarantees:

• The safety of our travelers is our top priority. If a marine cruise (e.g. Ras Mohammed or Tiran Island) is suspended by the Egyptian Coast Guard due to high winds or rough seas, you will be offered a full free date reschedule or a 100% refund without any deduction.

3. Deposit Refunds:

• For excursions with an advance deposit requirement, deposits are 100% refundable if canceled at least 24 hours in advance or in the event of operator cancellation due to weather.
