๐ Morning Hotel Pickup
Your excursion begins with collection from your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh between approximately 08:00 and 09:00 AM. Once the guests have been collected, you will travel by air-conditioned vehicle toward Ras Mohammed National Park to begin exploring the reserve.
๐คฟ Optional Snorkeling Equipment Stop
Before entering the national park, there may be a stop at a diving center for guests who need snorkeling equipment. A mask, snorkel, fins, or life jacket can be rented for approximately $2 per item, while guests who already have their own equipment are welcome to bring it with them.
๐ Allah Gate
One of the first stops is the famous Allah Gate, a recognizable landmark associated with the entrance to Ras Mohammed. You will have some time to see the area and take photos before continuing further into the national park.
๐ฟ Mangrove Trees
Continue to the mangrove area and discover these unusual plants that have adapted to the salty coastal environment of the Red Sea. Depending on the conditions, you may also notice small crabs, white herons, and other wildlife around this part of the reserve.
๐ง Magic Lake
The journey continues to Magic Lake, also known as the Wishes Lake, surrounded by the beautiful desert and mountain scenery of Sinai. Take some time to enjoy the landscape and experience one of the most distinctive natural stops inside Ras Mohammed.
๐ Earthquake Cracks
During the next part of the journey, you will visit the unusual Earthquake Cracks found within the national park. These natural formations are the result of seismic activity that took place thousands of years ago and are another fascinating feature of the reserve.
๐คฟ Beach Snorkeling in the Red Sea
Next, head to a snorkeling location along the Red Sea coast, where you can enter the water directly from the beach. Explore the underwater scenery and look for colorful coral formations, tropical fish, and other marine life found in the waters of Ras Mohammed.
๐ Return to Sharm El Sheikh
After completing the planned stops inside the national park, you will board the vehicle for the journey back to Sharm El Sheikh. Arrival at your hotel is expected at approximately 13:30.
