Dreams Voyage Cancellation and Refund Policy

Travel plans can change. This policy explains how to cancel or reschedule your excursion and when a refund is available.

1. Free cancellation up to departure

• You may cancel your excursion without a cancellation fee by contacting us at any time up to the confirmed departure time.
• If you have paid a deposit or made an advance payment to Dreams Voyage, it will be refunded in full when you cancel within this period.
• You may also request a change of date up to the confirmed departure time without a rescheduling fee. The new date is subject to availability.

2. How to cancel or change your booking

Contact our team through WhatsApp at +201015575022. Include your booking name, excursion, and travel date, and tell us whether you wish to cancel or reschedule.

Please send your request no later than the confirmed departure time. Your coordinator will confirm receipt and explain the next steps.

3. Cancellations due to weather or marine restrictions

If a marine excursion, including a Ras Mohammed or Tiran Island cruise, is cancelled because the relevant Egyptian authorities suspend operations due to strong winds or rough seas, you may choose:

• A change to another available date without a rescheduling fee; or
• A 100% refund of the amount paid to Dreams Voyage for the cancelled excursion, without deductions.

If no payment has been made, there is no refund to process and no cancellation charge in these circumstances.

4. Bookings with an advance deposit

Where an excursion requires a deposit, that deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at any time up to the confirmed departure time. It is also fully refundable if the operator cancels the excursion because of weather conditions.

5. Refund arrangements

Our team will confirm the refundable amount and arrange the return of any eligible payment with you. Processing time depends on the payment method and, where applicable, the bank or payment provider.
