Dreams Voyage Terms and Conditions

These terms explain the booking arrangements and participation guidelines for excursions organised through Dreams Voyage. Please read them together with the description of your selected excursion and our cancellation policy.

1. Booking confirmation

• Submitting a request through our website or WhatsApp does not automatically confirm availability.
• Your booking is confirmed when our coordinator confirms the date, participant details, selected services, total price, and pickup arrangements.
• Please provide accurate contact information, your hotel name, and the ages of any children travelling with you.

2. Prices, payment, and optional extras

• The confirmed price applies to the excursion package and extras agreed at the time of booking.
• Equipment rental, additional diving, private transfers, and other optional services are included only when expressly listed in your selected package or booking confirmation.
• Standard excursions are paid on the day. Any deposit requirement for a particular programme will be explained before confirmation.
• Please agree on the payment currency and method with your coordinator in advance.

3. Hotel pickup and required documents

• Be ready at the confirmed meeting point and pickup time. Depending on hotel access arrangements, the meeting point may be the lobby or the main entrance.
• If you are delayed, contact your coordinator immediately. Shared transfers may not be able to wait because other guests and scheduled departures are involved.
• Before travelling, confirm which passport, identification document, visa, or permit is required for your selected excursion.
• Transfer inclusions and any additional transport charges are specified in your excursion details or booking confirmation.

4. Safety and participation

• Follow the instructions of the guide, driver, boat crew, and activity instructors throughout the excursion.
• Before any water activity, tell the supervising team if you cannot swim or are not confident in the water. Do not enter the water without their guidance and the required safety equipment.
• Quad riders must follow the briefing, stay on the designated route, maintain the instructed distance, and wear the safety equipment required by the operator.
• Confirm age, experience, and other participation requirements before booking an activity.
• Do not participate in driving or water activities while impaired by alcohol or other substances.

5. Children and infants

• Child and infant prices, age bands, seat arrangements, and activity restrictions vary by excursion.
• Use the rates shown for your selected programme and confirm the children’s ages with your coordinator. Free infant participation is not available on every trip.
• Children must remain under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or responsible accompanying adult.

6. Itinerary changes and cancellations

Pickup times and the order of activities may change because of weather, traffic, operational requirements, or instructions from the relevant authorities. Our team will communicate changes as soon as reasonably possible.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and eligible refunds are handled according to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

7. Personal belongings and the environment

• Keep your personal belongings secure and take care of any equipment provided for your use.
• Do not touch or damage coral, disturb wildlife, or leave rubbish at excursion sites. Follow the rules of protected areas.
