🌙 Evening Transfer to Mount Moses
Pickup from your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh is approximately 20:00–21:00, depending on your hotel location. Travel around 130 km by air-conditioned vehicle toward Mount Moses and present your original passport and one photocopy at the checkpoint.
🏔️ Night Ascent of Mount Moses
Meet your local Bedouin guide and begin the nighttime ascent of Mount Moses, which reaches 2,285 metres above sea level. The climb usually takes around 2–3.5 hours, depending on your pace, with the final section completed on foot.
🐪 Camel Ride — Optional
If you would like to reduce part of the walking distance, you can add a camel ride for $25 per person. The camel covers only part of the ascent and does not reach the summit, so the remaining section must be completed on foot.
🌅 Sunrise from the Summit
Reach the summit before daybreak and watch the sunrise over the surrounding Sinai Mountains, with panoramic views across the mountain landscape before beginning your descent.
🥪 Breakfast Break
After descending the mountain, take a break for breakfast. We recommend requesting a breakfast box from your hotel reception the evening before the excursion and bringing it with you.
⛪ St. Catherine’s Monastery
Continue to St. Catherine’s Monastery, where you can discover important religious and historical sites including the Burning Bush, Chapel of the Burning Bush, Well of Moses, and ancient icons.
🚐 Return to Sharm El Sheikh
After the monastery visit, travel back to Sharm El Sheikh by air-conditioned vehicle, with arrival at your hotel expected at approximately 13:00–14:00 the following day.
